The solstice is the longest night of the year, and the exact moment the light starts coming back. It also falls in the busiest week most of us have — the one where there is no space left to notice it happening at all.

Breathwork, ceremonial cacao and live music can support body awareness, emotional reflection and a sense of grounded connection.

Guided by Miro Komarek & friends. Miro’s experience includes a ceremony for 250 participants at Burning Mountain Festival, a team workshop for 140 people at Stiftung visoparents, and ceremonies for Kaleido and Rise Up Gathering.

Different guests carry the music each time, so no two ceremonies ever sound the same.
