Health Screening for Participation
Before proceeding, please review the following health screening questions:

Confirmation that none of the following conditions are evident in your current health status:

Heart Conditions: Includes hypertension, high blood pressure, or heart disease.

Recent Surgery/Injury: If recovery is ongoing.

Pregnancy: Current or suspected. (if yes, please specify which month)

Epilepsy/Seizures: Or any neurological condition.

Addiction Recovery: Especially substances affecting mood or consciousness.

Recent Trauma: If recovery is ongoing.

Medication: Any that may interact with cacao or breathwork.

Mental Health: Including conditions like schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, or severe anxiety / panic.

Allergy to cacao.
