🌿 About Miro & Elysium Breathwork Ceremonies

Named after the mythological realm of eternal peace and happiness, Elysium is a sanctuary for the soul — a space where breath becomes a bridge between what you have been carrying and what you are ready to release.

Breathwork, ceremonial cacao and live music can support body awareness, emotional reflection and a sense of grounded connection.

It is held by Miro Komarek, working with breath since 2015 — a certified Tetra Breathwork® facilitator trained in Ikaria, in the Sacred Valley of Peru and with Dan Brule. Miro has led breathwork workshops for groups of up to 250 people at festivals including Burning Mountain, Rise Up Gathering and Kaleido.

Different guests carry the music each time, so no two ceremonies ever sound the same.
