The new moon is the one night with no moon at all. November holds the darkest weeks of the year, and most of us try to push through them with the lights on and the diary full. Every seed, though, is planted in the dark long before anything shows above the ground.

Breathwork, ceremonial cacao and live music can support body awareness, emotional reflection and a sense of grounded connection.

Guided by Miro Komarek & friends. Miro’s experience includes a ceremony for 250 participants at Burning Mountain Festival, a team workshop for 140 people at Stiftung visoparents, and ceremonies for Kaleido and Rise Up Gathering.

Different guests carry the music each time, so no two ceremonies ever sound the same.
