Set aside time to be with yourself, with individual guidance throughout. This 2½-hour online session brings private breathwork into your own space. We meet by video and begin with a conversation, before moving into a breathing practice adapted to an online setting and your experience. What to expect We first discuss what brings you here, any previous breathwork experience, and relevant considerations. I explain how the session will unfold, and we check that your space and connection are suitable. The breathing practice is followed by time to rest and settle. We finish with a conversation to reflect on your experience and consider what you would like to take into daily life. The 2½ hours include preparation, breathing, rest and reflection—not 2½ hours of continuous active breathing. Your pace matters You can ask questions, pause, or stop at any time. You do not need to produce an emotional release or reach a particular state. No previous breathwork experience is required. Your space You will need a quiet, private place where you will not be interrupted, a stable internet connection, a camera, and somewhere comfortable to sit or lie down.
