Learn & Sing Yawanawá Saiti Songs — Online Masterclass with Shawma

A rare chance to learn and sing traditional Yawanawá Saiti songs with Shawma in a guided online space.

These songs come from a living Yawanawá tradition and are often shared in meaningful communal settings. In this online masterclass, Shawma will guide us through 3 songs, sharing simple context around them and teaching them step by step so we can sing together in a warm and welcoming space.

this space is open to anyone who feels the call, the ones who are new to this world or experienced singers - everyone is welcomed.

This class is hosted by Miro from Elysium and At the end, there will be time for a short Q&A about the Kairau Saiti Festival (village Mutum, Yawanawa in Amazon Rainforest) in June for those who feel curious about the possibility of joining.
